Clients must acknowledge the captain’s authority at all times. All navigational affairs and the use of all equipment onboard remain under his sole authority. The captain has the right to prohibit any activity deemed unsafe, and any kind of antisocial behavior is strictly discouraged. The captain is legally responsible to inform the police about any such behavior and has also the authority to cut the trip short if deemed necessary. All such decisions remain at his sole discretion.
On rare occasions, we may cancel or postpone your trip due to events beyond our control, such as mechanical problems, bad weather, or Coast Guard restrictions. If this happens, we will either issue you a full refund for your boat hire or work with you to reschedule your trip.

Is the price per hour or per person?
The price of this Dubai boat hire is an hourly rate for all passengers, not per person.
What is the maximum group size?
The Key largo can safely accommodate up to 16 passengers, plus crew.
Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is on Al Seba Street. Full details will be provided once payment for your Dubai boat hire is received and your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations
It is mandatory for our client to pay half the cost of trip or cruise at the time of booking while balance cost shall be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
We may cancel or postpone your trip due to events beyond our control, such as mechanical problems, bad weather, or Coast Guard restrictions. If this happens, we will either issue you a full refund or work with you to reschedule your trip.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Cancellation Charges:
72 Hours prior to the booking date and time: 30/% of the total charter amount.
48 Hours prior to the booking date and time: 50/% of the total charter amount.
24 Hours prior to the booking date and time: 100/% of the total charter amount.
In case we fail to provide the yacht on the agreed date because of unseaworthiness as a consequence of damage incurred during the previous charter or because of any other reason beyond our control, we shall provide the client:
- A yacht that is at least of equivalent standard/capacity,
- Refund the charter fee or
- Provide due assistance in rescheduling the trip
However, the client shall not have the right to assert any further claim for damages.
