Yes, there is ample parking available at the location for our customers.
Are children allowed on board?
No infants allowed on board this is only for your child’s safety.
Children 3 – 6 should be seated with accompanying adults, older children can be seated as required.
We have experienced crew on board that will assist you throughout your tour to make it safe and memorable for you and your loved ones.
I am Pregnant, is it safe for me?
We do not permit pregnant women at any trimister or stage of their pregnancy, the speedboat travels rapidly bashing waves, leaping forward which could be fatal for your unborn.
Can we get off for a swim?
Our Stopovers are only for photo oportunities and narration by our captain, Guests are advised to stay on the boat at all times, but if you book a Private tour we can make an exception.
Will you provide food or refreshment on board?
No food is allowed on board, we only provide bottled mineral water to quench your thirst. This is just as a precaution to not let the stuff go flying in the sea we do need to take care of our marine environment.
Cancellations
Cancellations for Dubai boat cruises made up to 48 hours after the time of the booking may be refunded in full upon request. Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to any booking, however, we will retain 20% of the cost of the booking to cover costs already incurred.
